Our Gaming Bundles are all inclusive and come with everything you could possibly need with your PC. However, for any standalone Gaming PCs you would need to look into getting a WiFi card/USB as well as extra peripherals. Other than that, everything comes ready to plug and play!

Once your PC/product is shipped the warranty will automatically be activated. 

Device repairs can be submitted through our RMA form here. If there are any personal costs associated with the repair, those costs will be described to you before you complete your submission. If you have questions during the submission process, you can contact support for assistance.

You may have plugged your video cable into the incorrect port. Instead of plugging it into the motherboards video outputs, you will need to plug it into the Graphics Cards video outputs (the sockets towards the bottom of the PC).

If the problem still hasn’t been solved, contact our support here.

Your PC may be overheating. This could be due to thermal paste needing to be reapplied. If you are still within warranty, we can replace it for you. However, if you’re not, drop our support a message and we’ll be happy to guide you through the process of replacing your thermal paste.

The PC may not bee booting into windows due to a Sata cable (a cable connecting the hard drive/ssd to the motherboard) getting loose in shipping. Re-attaching the cable is relatively simple, contact our support if you need guiding through the process.

If any of your products arrived damaged, contact our support and we’ll send through a replacement as soon as possible.

We provide a post-service warranty for devices that have been serviced or replaced by our service center. The length of the warranty depends on whether the service was in-warranty or out-of-warranty:

  • In-warranty service: If your product was serviced or replaced within the original warranty period, you receive either the balance of your original hardware warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer.
  • Out-of-warranty service: If your product was serviced outside the original warranty period, your replacement or serviced device will have a 90-day hardware warranty.

You should also receive status updates through the email address you provided when you submitted your device for repair. If you have questions about the status, contact support.

A pre-paid shipping label will be provided to you with an exact address once approved for the RMA process. The product can then be dropped of at a parcel-shop of your choosing.

Before you send your product in for service, make sure you check out our guide on how to prepare your device for a service.

Majority of our orders are in our customers hands 24 hours after dispatch.

A gaming PC can take up to 5 working days for dispatch. Any other orders will be dispatched same-day (if order is placed before 3pm) or the next day.

When placing your order, select the weekend delivery options for a guaranteed weekend delivery.

In order to insure our customers computers are delivered in a timely fashion safely is why we have partnered with ParcelForce and MyHermes. You can track your parcel here.

We accept almost any type of credit or debit card which is valid in the UK such as AMEX, VISA & MASTERCARD. We also offer PayPal as a payment option which comes with its’s own peace of mind guarantee.

Tracking your order is as simple as going to our order tracking page then inputting your order number and billing email.

When ordering a Gaming Bundle, your order will arrive in three separate packages; the monitor, the keyboard & mouse, and the computer.

For any other orders, we will try to minimise the amount of packaging used and try to ship it all in one package.

All our computers come with an activated version of Windows 10 Pro as standard.
